It takes a lot of time to log in, besides it shows "time out" or "error" which is really frustrating. You should make you app stable. The app just keep loading for a long time and this is not a coincidence. This is happening again and again. Paying electricity bill with fees added.. it's really bad if we face "time out" problem.. for that reason the process has become so lengthy, which is not expected.

Such a rubbish app. Even after giving OTP while logging in, it shows error 2/3 times while verifying. It causes a lot of trouble in other tasks. Again, without *167#, if you try to reset the pin from the cash app, even if you call, the call does not pick up or the confirmation code does not come. Bikash is much better than this. Not so much trouble.

I have been trying to send money, but it's giving a "please insert SIM in slot 1" prompt repeatedly. My SIM was never changed, it has been in the same slot since I registered in nagad, and I have been updating the app. Then why is this inconvenience happening??? I have every single thing right.
